In brief

  • CultureAI is one of 13 companies selected for the inaugural Agentic Launchpad, run by Microsoft with NVIDIA and WeTransact from a field of more than 500 applicants.
  • The programme accelerates CultureAI's work extending visibility, behaviour analysis, and policy control into emerging agentic workflows.
  • AI Usage Control is maturing into a critical layer of enterprise AI governance, covering sanctioned, shadow, and embedded AI that traditional tools cannot interpret.

CultureAI Selected to Join Microsoft’s Agentic Launchpad, in Collaboration with NVIDIA and WeTransact.

CultureAI, the AI Security and Governance platform enabling organisations to safely adopt AI at scale, today announced its selection as one of 13 pioneering software companies joining Microsoft’s Agentic Launchpad, delivered in collaboration with NVIDIA and WeTransact.

The programme is designed to accelerate the next wave of intelligent, autonomous and agentic AI innovation across the UK and Ireland. With more than 500 companies applying, the selected cohort represents some of the most forward-thinking solutions shaping the future of AI.

Advancing the AI Usage Control Category

CultureAI’s inclusion in the Launchpad reflects a growing need for organisations to manage AI usage safely across sanctioned, shadow and embedded AI tools. Traditional security controls were not built to understand prompts, behaviour or intent, leaving governance teams without the visibility required to enforce policy or prevent data loss.

AI Usage Control has emerged as a critical layer within modern AI governance frameworks, enabling organisations to detect risky behaviour, coach users in real time and apply adaptive guardrails. Gartner has identified AI usage visibility and governance as a rapidly maturing category essential for enterprise AI strategy.

The Significance of the Agentic Launchpad for CultureAI

Participation in the Agentic Launchpad will accelerate two strategic areas for CultureAI:

1. Technical Advancement for Agentic AI
The programme provides deep technical collaboration with Microsoft and NVIDIA, supporting CultureAI’s work to extend visibility, behaviour analysis and policy control into emerging agentic workflows, where autonomous systems increasingly act on behalf of employees.

2. Ecosystem Integration and Governance Alignment
The Launchpad strengthens CultureAI’s role in shaping best practices for AI usage governance across the UK and Ireland. As cross-functional AI governance committees become the norm, organisations require reliable visibility into how AI is being used and where risks are emerging.

A Milestone for CultureAI and the UK AI Ecosystem

“This recognition reflects the urgency organisations face today,” said James Moore, Founder & CEO of CultureAI. “AI is now embedded across everyday workflows, and companies need a safe, scalable way to adopt it. Our mission is to give them that confidence: through visibility, real-time coaching and adaptive guardrails that protect data without slowing innovation.”
